Reported via mobile in the Potholes and maintenance category anonymously at 09:20, Thu 12 December 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
A bollard preventing vehicle access to the cyclepath alongside 13 Barrington Avenue has been broken, with the jagged base covered with a cone, for over two years. Children use the path and often knock over or move the cone leaving the raised, jagged base of the bollard uncovered which is a hazard to pedestrians and cyclists. The bollard should be reinstated or flattened.
