Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Handrail separating the higher level of Middle Row from Market Street (opposite Johnson's Dry Cleaners), has come away from the posts and could fall off. Please see the attached photos showing the damage.
