Blocked drain causing water to run down road and run under garage door causing flooding

This has been reported many many times. Every time there is heavy rain the blocked drain does not take away water instead it cascades down the road and under our garage door causing flooding. Also passing traffic splashes water on to wall which is being eroded by this
