Urgent, urgent, urgent. Ditch outlet pipe blockage under road. Water backed up into my property. Our sewage system is flooded and causing hygiene and sanitation issues. Family cannot live normally: toilet cannot flush down, washing etc unable to drain to sewage system. Require immediate attention.
The ditch enters a pipe that goes under the road but the water does not flow due to a blockage in the pipe under the road. This problem has got progressively worse and now risks flooding 4 properties.
