Drain blocked by thick built up mud

This drain has been noticeably blocked by build up mud and growing moss verge on the corner of Cornish Road, noticed for at least last two years. This blockage causes rain water to flood downhill to the other drains putting increasing pressure on them. Causes flooding on road during rainfall.
