Another treacherous flood issue on B480

The road outside my cottage has flooded again after moderate rain fall. Deep water is causing damage to my property, flooding down the driveway and other property in the area. Cars are causing a bow wave when driving though causing more damage, washing away bins and vehicles are breaking down. This is a recent but frequent over the past 12 months - it hasn’t happened for many years. There must be a blockage in a drain somewhere which is causing damage to property and a hazard to life -it needs to be urgently addressed.
