Overhanging bulging fence panels

Reported via mobile anonymously at 08:32, Tue 3 December 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Whilst not Ox highways these panels are leaning dangerously over the pathway and if it was a tree or hedge you would deal with it. Accident waiting to happen. Been like it for months.
