Pot hole on slip road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The pot hole on the slip road again had a whopping hole about 1.5 meters across and is so dangerous. This has had multiple fixes and yet nothing resolves the issue long term. This hole is dangerous as you pick up speed. I am aware this is on a monthly cycle but this is so big it is an accident waiting to happen
