Street Lamp 2 not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Lamps number 2, 3 & 4 are not working. The whole path is pitch black so there may be more out. It's very dangerous to walk in the dark because it so overgrown & you can't see in the alleyway. They have only recently been worked on & now have no light at all.
