Pothole damaged car wheel

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dark and hit a large pothole with big bang here before getting onto A34. Tire had obviously been damaged as deflated about 2mins later when on the A34 northbound. Had to change tire in very unsafe situation. occurred at 22;00 Monday 2nd Dec.
