Dangerous metal rod in bushes sticking out into road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Metal stick/pole pointing out into the road from the bushes - part of a sign maybe? On the road heading towards Oxford. Could very easily kill someone if they had an accident here and drive into it. Has been here for years
