Dangerous pothole
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 19:35, Mon 2 December 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This pothole has been present for a number of weeks. Since the flooding recently it has got worse. This pothole can cause major damage to any car that hits it due to the depth, size and the fact that it has exposed metal corners from the drain it is attached to. Worse, this pothole is on a blind corner and if a cyclist hits it, the cyclist could be seriously injured. Seeing the posts about this already here, I would expect the highways agency to take this seriously now and fixed this huge hole.

I live 100 metres downhill from this pothole. In the last 48 hrs I have had 3 (three!) cars sitting at the entrance to my driven, with punctures and/or broken wheels, having hit this pothole in the dark. Please fix ASAP!
