Overgrown hedges - still nothing done

I see that this has been reported before in September but still the hedge has not been cut back. This I believe is on the boundary for the block of flats which were built near the junction of Park Close and Park Road. I had to walk on the mud to get around it. Only other ‘choice’ is the road!
