Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Road out of Stonesfield, drains subsiding breaking up. Road subsided, pot hole,breaking up. Drains blocked,overflowing. Water from fields after heavy rain flow down road, when Icy freezes over and is dangerous as vehicles coming down hill into village can skid into houses,and or pedestrians who use the track opposite.
