Roadworks with no workers

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Temporary traffic lights causing absolute carnage. 1 week with them already and no sign of any workers. Apparently scheduled for manhole cover repair in January!! A typical 6 minute morning commute took 50 minutes this week. This needs addressing asap. Put a temporary cover over it, bolted to the floor or sort it out please. This is unnaceptable and unnecessary.
