Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There was a temporary fix of this light few days ago but it is out of light again and very dark in the neighbourhood. Please check and repair this immediately.

The note on the job says that there is a tree that needs cutting back. A letter has been put through the door of the home where the tree is.
