Hazard to cars, cyclists and pedestrians caused excessive mud on road outside entrance to North Oxfordshire Topsoil, This route is frequently used by walkers from South Newington (many of whom are elderly / frail) and by recreational cyclists. The problem has existed since around 2016. Probably a breach of planning conditions for this business.
