  • As of December 2nd, pothole is still there and very dangerous. My wife has just had to replace two tyres.

  • Puncture caused by this enormous pot this morning 2nd December 2024. This is in an extremely dangerous part of the carriageway. Vehicles avoiding the pot hole have to stray into on-coming traffic. Also, if the hole is filled with water it is invisible to traffic and therefore dangerous. This part of the road really needs completely re-surfacing!

Please can you advise as to how I can claim for a new tyre.

  • Four cars, including ours, taken out by this huge, unavoidable pothole last night (which was completely invisible in the dark, especially as it was full of water). Alloy wheel and tire destroyed to the tune of £1400+. Police attended scene and coned pothole off. Will be claiming for damage incurred.
