Potholed road under water

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Large area of potholes on Monor Road heading into Wantage. Unable to see how many or how deep as it is covered in running water (coming off the fields? Burst pipe?) on a dry day. A busy route likely to cause problems especially in the dark.
