Cycle path extremely slippery covered in wet leaves

Both the cycle route between Lonsdale Rd & Cherwel school (behind Summerfields School) and the cycle route alongside the Cherwell sports field and Charlbury Rd are covered in leaves, which are extremely slippery when wet, both for cyclists and pedestrians.
