Completely fictional bus arrival times

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I’ve been stood here for 25 mins. Three times the sign has counted down to a bus arrival and when it gets to die it just bounces back to 14 mins or more. This is worse than having no information. Currently 40 people waiting. If there is a problem tell us. Unacceptable
