Sunken drain and pothole in the road. Caused me to fall and injure my ankle, requiring immediate hospitalisation

  • As of 3 days ago, I required surgery to repair the damage caused by this pot hole. It has taken you 10 months to even acknowledge the pothole is here, and it is still not repaired. Please kindly contact me to explain why
