Dog mess

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

People keep leaving their dog mess in the street. My car tyres are full of dig mess and the street is plastered in dog poo. where dog owners don't pick up the dog poo after they've done it. Its unacceptable and disgusting. put a camera there to fine ppl who leave dog mess
