Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Severe amount of water on roadway , this has been ongoing for sometime. Last week during the cold spell the road surface froze resulting in 2 minor RTC’s. There has been a further accident this morning and this matter needs addressing urgently before someone gets seriously injured.
