This is a persistent problem, cover between 130/134 Freehold `street. Every few years it needs to be cleaned. It was reported to Thames Water in October 2024 and nothing has happened. The recent rain this weekend saw water pouring out of the drain hole as it came down hill

  • Thank you for your report and apologies for the delay in a response. We have concluded our assessment and closed this report. This issue was due to surcharging of the Thames Water main line during the heavy rains, if this issue happens again, you can report this directly to Thames Water via their public website.
