Drain gully is still blocked and flood water cant drain away
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
After the Sunday floods the drain gully is blocked and the water still won't drain away. My parents are not able to exit their house as the water is too high for their car. They have tried clearing the gully but it needs a big drain rod. This is needs to be undertaken by highways as it is a highways drain. When it is cleared the thick mud will need to be cleared after the 1 metre high water from Sunday
