Reference closed report: ENQ241010993 I’m sorry but it is still creating a loud bang every time a vehicle runs over it. The cover is about 10mm below the frame and you can see the cover rising on the bounce. It am happy to meet you on site to show you the location.

  • This is still creating a lot of noise night and day. Particularly noticeable now spring is fast approaching and residents have windows open and out in the garden

  • This drain cover is still an issue, it’s lose and it can be heard from quite a distance away, it makes it hard to even stand at the bus stop.

  • As far as I’m aware, there has not been any investigation into this drain cover. It’s deafening if you’re standing anywhere near it when a car drives over it.

  • This manhole problem has still not been fixed .I see this was first reported in November last year!!!. It is now getting much worse, and needs urgent attention
