The drains in the road are all blocked with detritus and straw
Reported via iOS in the Blocked Drain / Gully category by Nick Rayner. at 17:30, Tue 26 November 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
As a matter of urgency ALL the drains in the Tadmarton Road from the Bloxham Primary School to Cumberford Hill desperately need to be cleared out. This was a major contributor to the flooding on Sunday. Straw from the farmers harvesting in the summer was not cleared and has subsequently been washed into the drains and blocked them. NOTE. A sweeper will not clear it, it need to be pumped out ASAP. Nick Rayner Bloxham Parish Council.
