Severe & regular flooding

Reported via mobile anonymously at 11:52, Tue 26 November 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Main road floods regularly causing traffic to have to go single file. This is a ‘fast road’ as classified by the Police. It is inconceivable to me (as a retired officer) than this has not been remedied. Cones mark the location as though they can absolve someone of risk.

  • Cones in this area have now been run over multiple times, themselves presenting a hazard to road users. This area of the road is going to kill someone; as mentioned above the road floods very badly and persists long after the bad weather has passed; the flood is not visible AT ALL at night time.

  • This is still flooding.
