Driveway flooded 3-4 inches due to heavy rain flooding in from public footpaths in front of house reported to emergency council no as it was happening? Took over hour to sweep water away only stopped when rain stopped Photos taken following day Water cannot make its way to roadside drain swirls around and re-enters driveway.
