Drains blocked causing flooding to properties

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drains are blocked causing flooding in the properties at the bottom of the hill. This has never been a problem before but since July has happened regularly when there is rain. Heavy rain floods the gardens and the road waste is deposited once the flooding recedes.
