Dead tree, previously reported branches snapped off. Tree likely to cause damage

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported this issue 4 times now. The tree in question is dead and dangerous. It is on council land outside 12 Berklet Road, Thame. Today a large branch blew off and missed hitting myself and my car by inches. A year ago it was marked with red paint and is due to be felled but no further action has been taken. This tree needs felling urgently!!
