Ruts in road caused cycling accident

The top surface to a filled trench running the length of the road has subsided causing considerable rutting which is dangerous and causes tramlining for cyclists. One competent cyclist in out group came off. https://what3words.com/ curve.older.pacemaker

How many people must suffer unnecessary injury due to this very dangerous road damage. Come on OCC, it's been 8 months! At least take a look! The pictures don't do it justice...
