Narrow passage impassable with overgrown hedge

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The very narrow walkway on our way to school is overgrown with thick prickly hedge (the passage between numbers 16 and 18 Arlington Drive). Every day we notice the hedge beside the walkway gets thicker and blocks more of the path than days before. Now I cannot pass with my bicycle as I could in the past, and this gets very tricky for our younger children who need this path to walk to school safely.
