Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Damaged drain protruding up in the air in grass verge. Located in between the two laybys. this was reported to you previously, however the drain has not been fixed and is still sticking up in the air on the grass verge. No action has been taken to resolve the situation. ENQ241001336
