Lights are changing when no cars present

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Long queues are forming on the way towards the Wolvercote roundabout. This is due to the traffic lights changing when no cars are present to turn right and also when there is a car to turn right there is disproportionate time given to the one or two cars compared to the huge volume of cars making there way to the roundabout
