No Top Soil

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Contractors were working on Wenman Road related to Bellway site. Thame Town Council cut the grass on behalf of OCC but no top soil has been laid so very little chance of grass growing through and Thame Town Council wont be able to cut whatever does grow (weeds, etc) because of danger of stones flying into cars, people, etc.
