Road/ditches flooded

This has been an ongoing problem for months and is even worse now due to the new building works. The ditches are full, and anytime it rains there is dangerous standing water on the roads, covering the numerous potholes and poor quality tarmac

  • Road once again deeply flooded and impassable heading out of Faringdon. Accident waiting to happen and an important route connecting the town to the A420 and families to nearby nursery. The ditches on the A420 side of the road need clearing, they remain filled with water even during dry periods meaning even a small amount of rain causes floods.

  • This road has flooded again, no update since 1/11/24. It's getting worse when the building site started in full construction phrase. This is very dangerous.
