Street light not coming on in car park

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I’ve recently moved in and the car port at the back of my house is in complete darkness there are 5 houses in my little cul de sac and one street light but it doesn’t come on at all at night it’s really really dark and we can’t see to access the back of the house or the front of the opposite houses
