Council ref: ENQ241010382 Asset ID: 290145366 Hi - I've reported this issue twice now and still nothing has been done to clear the drain - the drain is situated in the middle of the garages under flats 88-92, OX9 2EH. The last correspondence I had from yourselves was as below, can you please advise what happens next regarding getting this cleared before it floods again:- Thank you for your report. Our gully cleansing contractor has encountered difficulties in clearing the pipes to restore the drainage system’s functionality. The Oxfordshire County Council will now conduct additional investigations to determine the root cause of the drainage system failure and propose a solution. While we oversee highway drainage, it’s essential to consider other potential factors. These may include involvement from other service providers like Thames Water, or the issue could be related to a private ditch, stream, or culvert.
