Manhole cover defects

Thames Water have confirmed that the manhole shafts were not extended inline with the adjacent road surface when the "resurfacing" was carried out. They confirmed that all manholes will need attention along this road. I have already suffered back pain that I am getting physio for due to the negligence of SODC in this matter.
