A manhole cover outside The Royal on St Mary’s Street not set into the tarmac properly & has been loose for over 3 months now, causing it to raise & drop every time a vehicle drives over it, resulting in an irritating clunking sound. This is outside 2 bed & breakfast establishments as well as residential properties & when it goes on throughout the night can be very disturbing for guests etc.
