This request was closed as "Not maintained by Oxford City Council" despite my report being made to Oxfordshire County Council. The 30cm deep 10m long gully has already been present for 6 weeks and makes disabled access impossible. This is a pre existing public right of way (see marked up OS map attached) for which local authorities have the legal obligation to compel landowners to maintain safe access. Please do this rather than closing the report.
