Illuminated central bollard not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This roundabout was almost destroyed by a Grundon Waste Collection Lorry earlier this week, As a consequence we now have one missing Chevron (3 instead of 4) and the central bollard is not fixed to the cement. it will only be a matterof time before someone decides to play with that!
