The stream is full & unable to drain away due to the blocked culvert under the bridge. When it next rains this will overflow & flood the road again, with the potential to flood the nearby properties, it also causes significant issues for traffic on this single file lane. Please could it be cleared asap. Thank you.

    Flooding is now continuing and undoubtably causing damage to the road and surrounding buildings.

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish of Cholsey is scheduled for gully emptying in the second quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
