Trip hazard drains

All the drains like this one.. need fixing rapidly. They are ALL uneven. Could harm elderly, younger people and even people that have been about drinking.

Please can we have these drains fixed properly.. as soon as possible!

    I took this photo yesterday and these drains are located outside the building next door to the butchers. The building is currently surrounded in scaffold with construction works in progress.

    I would be grateful if these drains could be fixed as a matter of urgency to prevent any accidents - very dangerous!
