Major Pathway Law Infringement from Works

This is a pathway already in poor condition and too thin. A section has been closed leaving approx 50cm next to a 40mph road full of HGVs left to pass. This is significantly lower than rules allowed. If work is needed then traffic lights needed and a pathway on the road provided. If this meant the whole path is supposed to be closed, that’s not acceptable as this is a major route for cyclists and pedestrians into town.
