Drain filled and covered in mud

The drain next to the triangle on the corner is completely hidden and covered by silt and mud. In summer we tried clearly this but don’t have the ability to clear the mud from the drainage pipes.

This is a severe and urgent issue as the water doesn’t drain so floods houses nearby.

It it not possible to see the drain unless you see this. Hit it is there and the whole drainage system is full of mud.
