Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For the last 2 weeks there has been a drainage issue. This last arose a few years ago and it was concluded that as the end property the sewer issue concluded at this property and therefore was the responsibility of Thames Water and the drain in the alley is the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council.
