No loghting in whole park

Hi, there is no lighting in the park that runs along hundred acres close and hollow way. The flood lights are off. This is so dangerous now it gets dark before people are home from work and have to walk through the park. The paths are all bumpy. You cannot see a thing. There will be crime going on too given how dark it is.
